This beautifully decorated cabin with vaulted wood ceilings is located in a quiet, neighborhood that is two minutes from Snow Summit and just a short walk from Meadow Park, the Swim Beach and Tennis Courts. It is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Cable TV, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, sheets, towels, and phone. It will comfortably accommodate two-three families and with all the knotty pine woodwork inside it guarantees you a true "mountaintop experience."



3 Comfortable Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

The primary bedroom has Cable TV, two queen-size beds and a full-size primary bathroom. The second bedroom has Cable TV, a queen size bed and bunkbed. The third bedroom has Cable TV, a queen size bed. There is also a comfortable regular sofa/sleeper in the living room.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

- No more than 3 cars at the house at any time

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - - Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- No smoking.

- Check-in time is 4 PM

- Check-out time is 10 AM



This home allows a maximum of 8.



(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 8 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
