大オランダ植民地時代。 14〜16席の大きなダイニングルーム。 8つの大きなベッドルーム。 1階に1ベッドルーム/ aptがあり、個別の入り口があります。 祖父母にいい。 2階に4つのベッドルーム、すべてフラットスクリーンテレビ、3階に3つのベッドルーム。 すべての子供に最適です。 8ベッドルームすべてにテレビ、ケーブル、WiFiが備わっています。そして何よりも、すべてのベッドルームにはフルバスルームがあります!! 私は高校の先輩や25歳未満の人には貸し出しません。 シニアウィークまたはプロムでレンタルするかどうかを尋ねるために私に連絡しないでください。

Great space. Dated, but clean and comfortable beds. I would bring your own pillow and blanket in winter. Particularly nice that each room had its own private bathroom. Kitchen is updated and very nice! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks you!

Family was getting married close by and we live 3 hours away. House was perfect for our large group and all the kids. My only small complaint is it’s a bit old looking which we saw in pictures and that’s ok but a little grim from the age of some things. Rest just needs updated like kitchen but very spacious and accommodating for large group. Almost woulda paid more to have sheets and toilet paper also but overall served its purpose!

We had an amazing time staying at this charming older home with so much character and some fun quirks that only added to the charm! The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with everything you could need to cook meals for a large group. It was perfect for us to prepare and enjoy meals together.The best part was the dining room table. It was huge enough for our large group to sit, eat, and share laughs together. With 8 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, it was ideal for our girls’ trip with 14 women! Everyone had their own space, and it made the trip so much more comfortable.One note: Bedroom #8 has a private entrance from the outside. It’s just a few steps away from the main house, so not a big deal at all, but it’s worth mentioning for whoever stays in that room to know they’ll need to enter the house through the main door.Our host was wonderful, in touch before we arrived, and everything was exactly as expected...or even better! We stayed during a cold winter weekend, and it was the perfect place to snuggle up, relax, and spend quality time together.Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it for large groups looking for a cozy, charming, and spacious place to stay.

We rented this home in 2024 and 2025. We are a group of longtime friends (7 couples) and the place is perfect for our needs. The house provides everything we need for our visit to OC. The kitchen and large dining area easily fit our "crew". Add in the bedrooms, each having a bath/shower, plus other room to spread out and all our needs are met.Jen, the host, is also very responsive.Hoping to be back in 2026!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at your location. Kitchen is modern and spacious. Love the 2 refrigerators and washer / dryer availability. Fenced in yard was great along with the side covered porch.

Perfect for our family's OCNJ vacation

Everything was perfect for our stay. The location was great. The house was just what we needed. Spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Huge refrigerator space. Nice outside area with space for eating or playing. Quick reply from host when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Great location and property for a reunion!

This is our third time staying here for our annual college friend reunion. The house is great for a large group as it has multiple rooms that each have their own bathroom! The house is only a few easy blocks from the beach and the town has several restaurants and coffee shops open in the winter.

My family of 19 stayed here comfortably! Has a nice back yard for kids to play in and to enjoy beautiful nights. Quick walk to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again

Enjoyable Stay

A large group of us stayed at this rental and we had a great time! The location is very nice, the host communicated with us well and the house was big enough to accommodate us all. We loved the kitchen and that all of the bedrooms had a bathroom. As with any older house this one had some interesting quirks and we had a couple maintenance issues/cleaning issues that we took care of! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Classic Ocean City

Great location, central to beach / boardwalk, shopping, track. Wonderful classic Ocean City home with great layout for our Cross Country Team and parents, and including the updated kitchen making it easy to prepare meals for the small army of high school kids. We had a really wonderful week.

The good - Perfect location, great setup for large groups. Good communication with owner. Beautiful older home but beds are very uncomfortable and there ere some carpets that have seen better days.

Our annual family beach week

The house was spacious and comfortable - more than adequate for all 18 of us. We especially appreciated time spent in the yard and on the porch. The closeness to the beach and boardwalk was a plus. We would be interested in reserving it for the first week in July 2023.

Scott and Jen Wilson currently live in PA. We have two teenage daughters and since they were babies we have spent one week each summer in Ocean City with our very large family. We all enjoy being together and like to eat meals together and speaking from many years of experience this house is perfect for large family reunions. Invite Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and make wonderful memories.

I cherish my memories of our annual family vacations in Ocean City NJ. I want everyone to have the same opportunity as our family to spend quality time enjoying the beach, boardwalk, rides, downtown, bike riding, good food, good laughs, family games & more. Even the not so funny at the time things make me laugh looking back now.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It was always a problem finding a home to rent big enough to hold all of us, in fact we end up renting three homes near each other. This house is unique because every bedroom has its own bathroom! From the porch you can see the wonderland pier Ferris wheel. On forth of July you can also watch the fireworks from the porch. It is close to all the action 1 block to the boardwalk on Atlantic Ave and between 6th and 7th street.
