There are flat screen TVs in the living room, primary bedroom and both guest bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining guests. There is a front courtyard and the patio overlooks the fairway and mountains as you enjoy afternoon sunset. The community pool / spa are a short walk. We invite you to view the pictures on line, they are absolutely how you will find this property when you walk through the front door.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.

Garage and Driveway Parking for 2 Vehicles
There is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only.
