Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 6 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 170 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with dinette, TV and stereo system. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace.
Higher ground floor: Living room with dinette, TV and stereo system. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Cserszegtomaj, 260 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Cserszegtomaj (spa town of Hévíz), below the forest in a quiet and prime south-facing hillside location, on the edge of the national park. The unique thermal lake in Hévíz (4 km) is the largest warm water lake in the world. With an area of 4.7 hectares, it is almost unimaginable that this huge lake is supplied only with thermal water. 70 million litres of thermal water flow into the lake in a single day. This special lake is a true tourist magnet in Hungary, but guests from abroad also make use of the healing effect of the lake and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere with lotus flowers on the lake. After several scientific studies, it has been confirmed that the thermal lake of Hévíz is the largest active thermal lake in the world. In summer as well as in winter, the water temperature of the thermal lake in Hévíz is 30°C. People with rheumatism, nerve inflammations, bone or spinal ailments receive here by far the best treatment that can be obtained naturally. The advantage is that one practically has unlimited space for swimming at one’s disposal and is not confined to a pool.

Keszthely is one of the oldest towns on Lake Balaton.

The history of Keszthely has for several hundred years been shaped by the infinitely wealthy Festetics family. Their baroque palace stands in the centre of Keszthely and is one of the most beautiful. Keszthely has been a popular travel destination on Lake Balaton for many years. Its rich history now provides interesting museums. You can visit the Marzipan Museum, the Doll Museum and the Balaton Museum. Keszthely naturally has many old buildings. Cserszegtomaj is a municipality in a picturesque setting, on the north-western shore of Lake Balaton, at the foot of the Keszthely Hills. It has almost merged with the three

adjacent settlements, with Hévíz, famous for its spa, Keszthely, known nationwide for its

palace, and Rezi, where there is a picturesque castle ruin.

The proximity of Lake Balaton also attracts numerous guests to the settlement. Its own

sights also underpin the popularity of the holiday resort of Cserszegtomaj. Access is via a minor road. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
