The detached holiday home, renovated in 2019, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and fireplace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with dinette and Air conditioner. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
