Inside, guests find 1 master bedroom featuring a king bed, 2 loft areas one with a queen bed, and the other 2 twin bed, perfect for a restful night. The living room offers a nice king size sofa bed, adding extra sleeping space. With heating fireplace and AC, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. A single bathroom keeps things simple and convenient. Whether relaxing inside or heading out to explore, guests enjoy a terrific blend of comfort and charm. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Sitting on 14 acres of land, this quiet getaway is only a 10 minute walk to the Kentucky Lake and beautiful tree lined views. It is also 10 minutes from Paris Landing if you have a boat, for fishing, swimming and other recreational activities. The area is also known for hunting and fishing expeditions.

Booking and communication was excellent between myself and host. Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. This property is a perfect place to relax, unwind and very convenient to Paris Landing for easy boat access and fishing.
