Step outside and you've got a private pool and hot tub with direct lake views, a multi-level sun deck, a fire pit, and a private pier for fishing or jumping off into Clear Lake. The upstairs deck has a Sonos speaker and dining area — perfect for slow summer evenings with drinks in hand.
