We had a family wedding in Lyons for my brother that lives in Longmont, so there was a lot of running back and forth - Mead was a nice quick drive from both those places, and not too far to get up into the mountains, too. House was very clean, lots of places to sleep, extra blankets and pillows was helpful. Host was very good at communicating and answered questions quickly. Quiet neighborhood, house has everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. We were here to enjoy Thanksgiving with family and there was enough room for everyone to spread out, especially the downstairs open living room. The only issues we had was that this house has room for 10, but only had 4 cereal size bowls, not enough serving utensils, no baking pans, very dull knives, no serving dishes, no peeler or grater. I had to go buy all the kitchen wares needed to cook a meal there. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Quick weekend

We came to the area to see our son perform at Candlelight Dinner Theater in Loveland. Great location, lovely property with a sweet backyard, and a great host who was very prompt in answering my questions. Would definitely return for the next show!

Would have preferred better sleeping arrangements

We had 9 people in our group, sleeping arrangements were not truly adequate for that. We had trouble with the house not being cool when we would come back to house, thermostat would automatically go to 75 degrees during the day. Linen closet had a very bad smell, like maybe the towels had been put away wet and made it smell. Other than that the house was sufficient .

Very clean, Quiet Neighborhood, Everything you need!

We had 10 people in our group including my husband and I, our 5 children (ages 16-22) plus 3 extra people, all aged 21. The three bathrooms, three TVs, and the washer and dryer were great for our group. The house was VERY clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. We really only needed our clothes, a comb, and a toothbrush and toothpaste. There were many activities to do in Longmont just a few miles away. We played Pickleball, did an escape room, played miniature golf, went bouldering, and went to the movies. We also shopped in the Estes Park area. We traveled just a little bit further to climb Chasm Lake Trail, and hike at Eldorado Canyon State Park. The property manager replied to any questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Great place

This house is in a great neighborhood. Felt very safe there. It was a nice sized house to accommodate 10 of us. We did pack a inflatable mattress to spread out a bit. The manager was easy to reach and friendly.

Great home & location

Great space for family with 3 generations (ages 17 - 76). Plenty of room to spread out and fantastic location for day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby (10 min drive).

Hello - I was born and raised near the Smokies, and I've been outdoor enthusiast since as long as I can remember. My family and I moved to Colorado about eight years ago, and, a few years ago, we found this gem of a home central to all things we like to do, i,e., RMNP, trails, mountains, camping, fishing, etc. as well as Boulder/Denver area. We aim to provide a comfortable, authentic and loving Colorado home experience to our guests. And we hope each guests feels that way the second the walk in the front door.

This home is centrally located to everything in Northern Colorado, and its approximately 35 miles away from all major sites (Denver, Boulder, RMNP, DIA, Ft Collins, etc.). In less than an hour, you can be in the Denver taking in a concert, fly fishing near the entrance of RMNP, or taking in the best of Boulder/Longmont area.

Spacious, extremely comfortable home with all the amenities you'd ever want. Plus, guests can take advantage of the home's spacious, outdoor patio area with some of best views of Longs Peak and Mount Meeker in the front range area while relaxing/staying warm by the fire pit.
