OUTDOOR LIVING: This home has a ground level patio with lake views which features an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a lounge seating area with an umbrella. The yard is fully-fenced and spacious with mature shade trees, perfect for active kiddos and family gatherings!

INDOOR LIVING: There are two Smart TVs, one in the basement media room and one in the living room, each with complimentary Netflix and access to additional streaming services. This home also features a Pop-A-Shot arcade game, foosball table, multiple seating areas, a kids play area, board games, ceiling fans, an electric fireplace, air conditioning, a laptop-friendly workspace and an open floor plan with plenty of seating.

KITCHEN: There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is also a dining room table with seating for 8 and an adjacent breakfast bar.

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level of this three-story home. The primary bedroom (upstairs) features an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay!
