Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire townhome, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and the private screened-in patio with a saltwater pool.
Check-in is contactless and secure via a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.
As our registered guest, you also have full access to the Paradise Palms Resort amenities during their posted hours. These include:
* Main resort-style pool and hot tubs
* Modern fitness center
* Movie theater
* Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts
* Playground areas
Other things to note
* Required Resort Registration: To ensure smooth entry, all guests must be registered with the resort in advance. We will send a required Google Form for you to complete approximately 7 days before your check-in date.
* Pets welcome: US$50 per pet (max. 2 pets, up to 33 lbs – inquire for larger pets or more than 2.)
* Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (at the front door and overlooking the pool equipment) and internal, non-recording noise decibel monitors. These devices do not record audio or video inside the home.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap to get you settled. These items are not replenished during your stay.
* Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per night. Please request this service at least 3 days prior to your arrival to ensure it's activated. Note: Pool heating will not be available if the outdoor temperature is forecast to be 50°F (10°C) or below.
* Routine Maintenance: The pool is serviced weekly on Wednesdays between 1 PM and 4 PM. The pool technician will access the patio via the exterior screen door.
* Accessibility: The main living area and one king bedroom are on the ground floor. However, two bedrooms are located on the second floor and require the use of stairs.
* Package Deliveries: You may have packages delivered to the resort clubhouse. Any mail with tracking numbers is considered a package. 30LB less - $10 per package. Oversized packages weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse. Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.
