This fabulous home has many upgrades including hardwood flooring throughout and a kitchen that includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island. You'll love the high ceilings, exposed wood beams and abundance of natural sunlight. Double doors in the living room open to a large deck where you can enjoy both ocean and city views. The main level bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin rollaway bed if needed. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The second bedroom/loft is on the upper level, overlooks the living room and has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom, also on the upper level, has a bunk that are two twin xl sized mattresses. The third bedroom also includes a twin trundle so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll enjoy smart TVs (you can login with your own credentials) included in the living room and third bedroom with free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. There is also central air conditioning, an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer in the garage laundry room for your laundry needs. You'll have two private, covered under-home parking spots on the ground level that can fit two small to medium sized cars. There's normally plenty of free street parking close by if you need parking for additional vehicles. You're close to many great restaurants, bars, shopping and tons of other activities, making this the perfect location for your Ocean City vacation!

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $143.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
