OCEANFRONT OCMD! A 2 Bedroom & 2 Full Bath Condo in the Atlantis High-Rise that sleeps 9. Perfect for Families & Most Importantly - Only Steps to THE BEACH!

Unit is a Keyless Entry and is walking distance/short drive to many Restaurants, Shops, Attractions, etc. Large Outdoor Pool is on site (seasonal). Toys, Games, Puzzles & Bunk Bed perfect for children.

NO Smoking of Any Kind is allowed. Also No Pets, large groups (9 max.) or senior week rentals permitted.

The space:
The Master Bedroom has a new King-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress.

There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two & a single private Daybed with a underneath trundle bed in the enclosed sunroom.

The Master Bedroom has a TV, as well as one the Living-Room with DirecTV Services. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a basic Coffee Maker & Coffee Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. Beach towels are not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Mid-May - Mid-End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex. Also, the Condo is Oceanfront and only a few steps away from the Beach!!

Other Things to Note:
Condo is on the 1st floor with elevator access.

The Atlantis Association requires every guest to check-in and register with the Security/Administration Office located under the building in the underpass and receive a Parking Permit. During the season, May through September only, this cost is $60 for the first vehicles' entire stay and $15/day for each additional vehicle (up to $60) when extra space is available. Most of these large condo associations on the ocean charge this fee.

Very nice view of the ocean. Perfect size for the 5 of us adults that stayed for 2 nights. Perfect communication with the host. Easy access to parking, beach, pool and surrounding hot spots. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent location

We stayed here for a few days and had a great time. The location was great and everyone was extremely helpful. Will definitely be looking to book this condo again in the future!

Atlantis Blue Getaway & Ocean View Delight

Host Adam was both engaging and helpful throughout my registration process and stay. He promptly responded to my Vrbo messages with questions upon my arrival, making me feel welcomed and at home. The condo boasts a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean, situated right on the beach mere yards from the building. Adam's hospitality was marked by a complimentary bottle of Pinot Grigio and delicious Andi's Mints in bright green metallic wraps, thoughtfully placed by the bedside stands in each of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom featured a king bed adorned with piles of pillows ensuring my sound sleep. The second bedroom offered a playful bunk bed setup suitable for both children and adults. Adjacent to each bedroom was a full bathroom, providing both convenience and privacy. The living room's spacious layout flowed openly into the dining area, complete with a kitchen pass-through for easy serving. The daybed on the enclosed balcony was perfect for greeting the sunrise. The decor throughout was beach-themed and well-organized. A sizable refrigerator allowed for ample food storage for indoor meal preparation, and the glass stovetop was a breeze to clean. Safe access is by entry only through glass doors leading to an elevator to the unit on the first floor. Adam supplied all the essentials: a new sink sponge, a clean dish towel, dish soap, and laundry detergent, along with eco-friendly soap bars and shampoos. My stay was tranquil, quiet, and restorative.

Great Location!

We had a great few days at the beach. This unit is clean, spacious and has incredible views of the ocean. Most importantly, the host is attentive and checked in periodically to make sure things were going well. We really enjoyed our visit!

Perfect for a weekend away!
