Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $25 per hour. Late check-out is also sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If it is available, the fee is $50.

Cancellation Policy:

For reservations booked directly or through VRBO (and other channels where payment is processed through our payment processor), cancellation refunds are limited to a maximum of 94% of the total amount originally paid. The remaining 6% represents non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.

This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations, which are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation and refund policies.
