The whole home is yours (minus two unfinished creepy closets)! There will be no access to the detached garage.

This large 6-bedroom Boise home is ideal for families, large groups, and reunions, offering space, entertainment, and a prime location. Guests have full access to the entire home, which includes three full bathrooms, two living rooms, a full kitchen plus a half kitchen, pool table, poker table, kids’ climbing wall, and two washers and dryers (one on each level). Ample parking is available directly in front of the home.

Conveniently located just 2.6 miles from Albertsons Stadium / Boise State University, 2.9 miles to downtown Boise, and 1.6 miles from the Boise Airport, this home offers easy access to games, events, dining, and entertainment.

Downstairs is designed with families in mind and includes a kids’ reading nook with books, seating and a cloud-themed ceiling, a kids’ climbing wall, smart TV, sectional couch, poker table, board games, three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half kitchen, and an additional washer and dryer.

Outdoor Space

The home includes a gas BBQ grill. Please note there is no outdoor seating or grass, and the outdoor area is not intended as a gathering space.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
