We were able to locate the property easily and it was within walking distance to a marvelous Thai restaurant. The host was very prompt in responding to any messages, beds were very comfortable, and water was incredibly hot for showers after a long day of viewing the magnificent Falls. Would highly recommend this and would return in the future.

Lovely basement suite. Plenty of room for a stay with a bicycle. Property was clean and spacious. It was in a perfect location for us as we know the area well. Great breakfast place at the canal just down the road on Queenston and fabulous Mexican place on Hartzel road.

Our stay was for three days and it was great. The pictures were accurate, it was very clean, lots of touches such as tissues, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and toothpaste were included along with coffee and pods. Communication was great and quick. It was a little cold at first but quickly resolved by the host. We would stay again.

I posted a review about this place less than a month ago (when I was last there). I booked this place for my family, as they visited family in the surrounding Ontario area. They were extremely happy with it. Place is well kept and clean. Neighborhood seems to be safe and is not that far from the falls. Highly recommend this place! The Host Akki is very easy to reach out to and responds almost instantly (very well communication). Zero complaints. We will consider this place first once we visit the area again.

Excellent Host and Property

Akki was a fantastic host, so quick to reply to messages and wonderfully accommodating for a quick and easy check in/out process. The space was clean, cozy and perfect for everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and baking utensils making our stay so easy over the holiday weekend. Comfortable beds, games in the living room, and clean towels for every person staying. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Great stay!

The place looked just like it does in the pictures! The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need. There was even shampoo/conditioner, body wash and tooth paste on the bathroom. Akki was great with communication. I was in town with my mom to watch my son play hockey at Ridley college. It was a short drive to the school and was a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommended!
