This is our family home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that guests treat the space with care and respect.

Guest Policy

• Please note there is an external security camera outside the home for your safety.
• Please enter the correct number of guests when booking.
• Children count as guests.
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including infants/children) with sleeping occupancy for 8.
• Any guests over 8 will result in a $100 dollar fee per a guest/per night.
•No smoking, pets, events or parties allowed.
•Any broken rules or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fee.

A starter supply of basic amenities is provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish items as needed.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and/or late check-out must be approved in advance and may be associated with additional fees. Our cleaning team works on a tight schedule to prepare the home for incoming guests.

Check-in Note:
On rare occasions, our cleaning team may still be finishing up at check-in time. Please feel free to enter as scheduled and allow them a few moments to complete final touches. We appreciate your patience.
