* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are

* The home is self-catering. A welcome kit is provided, but guests
are advised to visit a supermarket for additional supplies.
* Keep a clean home by disposing of trash in the bin daily.
* Access to amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and fitness room is
optional and requires a fee. Bracelets are needed and can be
arranged at the front desk.
* BBQ grills are available for rental at an additional cost.
* The property does not offer a daily housekeeping service. Clean
sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, but mid-stay cleaning
can be arranged at an extra cost.
* Online purchases shipped via USPS will not be delivered to the
property. Packages should be sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Delivery
to the clubhouse may incur additional fees, and some resorts may
not accept deliveries.
* Additional charges may apply if non-compliance results in the owner
