Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The property offers a heated salt water pool and a large yard with a playground. The property is fully fenced in with driveway gates as well as a fully fenced in pool area. Gather around the large outdoor table and end the night with s'mores around the fire pit. Inside offers a large Chef’s kitchen, a play room, multiple living rooms and a primary suite of your dreams! Come stay in this perfectly located Hampton's house! This family getaway is perfectly located hamlet of Hampton Bays. Why be stuck in traffic heading over the canal, when you could be centrally located to all the top vacation spots! Hampton Bays is full of vibrant restaurants, beautiful beaches and we are just 15 minutes from the Village of Westhampton, the Village of Southampton, and all the fun activities of Riverhead. We're just a short drive to all the delicious and beautiful vineyards and farms on the North Fork , perfect for apple or pumpkin picking and wine tasting. A less than 10 minute drive will take you to any of our gorgeous ocean or bay beaches. Welcome to The Hampton's Family Getaway, a fully renovated home in the Hamptons. This home is ideal for a variety of people! It boasts a large 5 bedroom, 4 bath home on just over an acre of landscaped property. The house is perched on top of a small hill, far away from the road. You will enter through a gated entrance to a fully fenced in yard. The backyard offers a large free-form heated salt water swimming pool surrounded by a 2,000 sq ft paver patio. Perfect for lounging on our outdoor sofa or lounge chairs on a hot summer day or BBQing at night! There is a patio with dining table, able to sit ten outside of the pool area, perfect for fun family dinners. There is a comfy propane fire pit, providing a great spot for smores at the end of the night. There is plenty of room to run and play on our expansive lawn, as well as getting out some energy on the large playground area. The playground offers a play-set with slide, fort, swings, balls, play trucks and a toy house. The large driveway can accommodate multiple cars and offers a Tesla car charger. Once inside, the home offers a fully stocked kitchen with open concept into the dining area and living rooms. The updated kitchen offers a large farm house sink, with ample space to prep food on the quartz counter tops, an over sized refrigerator, beverage fridge, a dishwasher, and all small appliances needed. The dining room offers a large table with seating for 10, and the island will sit 4 . There is a full bathroom on the first floor for easy access. The laundry/mud room offers a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided for your stay and built in lockers for your jackets. The second story is where 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are located and can accommodate the whole family! The primary bedroom offers a large king bed with custom walk in closet and an attached large full bathroom. Cuddle up by the propane fireplace in your private escape. The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and new en-suite bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers a custom built bunk room with 4 twin beds. Fun for kids of any age! We also offer a pack and play with a comfy mattress if needed. The home also offers a dual zone central air condition to keep you nice and cool on hot summer days. The basement is a kid heaven, with a full play room stocked with toys and board games for all ages! That is also where there is a large 5th bedroom with a king sized. There is a blackboard which also is a magnet board for plenty of fun! This space is a perfect oasis for children to play and create. ** please note that toys are subject to change. We are only providing easily cleaned toys at this time*** Traveling with little ones can be stressful and hectic! We know, having traveled with our children when they were young. We had to go out and buy things that we never imagined we needed (such as night lights, outlet covers, etc)! Although our home is excellent for anyone, we also are perfectly set up for families with small children. We want to ensure our children's safety, so your children can be safe as well! We have baby gates on the top and bottom of the stair wells; tamper resistant outlets throughout the house; door locks on the top of each door so little ones can be locked out of areas like bathrooms and closets. The second floor windows have locks so they can not be opened to wide as well for additional safety measures. We offer a smart TV with selections such as Amazon TV, Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN and YouTube , so you have access to a variety of shows. We have our yard sprayed monthly with organic tick spray to cut down on any ticks. The pool area is completely fenced in, with the ability to lock the gates so no children can enter. Our whole property is fenced in, so children can play safely. We also offer a high chair, a crib, a pack and play, bottle drying rack, and changing station if requested. **We have enhanced cleaning practices, as well as installed HEPA filters on the central air conditioning, UV light air cleaning in the duct system as well as each room will have thorough cleaning then have UV light sanitization. We have also have a full house water filtration system, to ensure fresh clean water. We will be local to the area if you have any needs throughout your stay. Set up high on a hill, in a fully gated property, you will find rest, relaxation and fun! Hampton Bays is centrally located with access to multiple bay and ocean beaches; high end restaurants, shopping, vineyards and breweries. This property provides easy access to all the north and south fork has to offer! We have a large driveway with room for multiple cars. We also have a Tesla Car charger included for your stay!

This is the nicest VRBO or other rental any of our group has ever stsyed at. The property is very user friendly with just what you need just where it should be. All the toys and games for our toddler grandchild were simply a bonus.

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Excellent home with fantastic management

This was a great choice for a weeklong stay at the end of summer. The location is perfect as it gives you an easy option to go both north and south fork. We loved the privacy, and all the rooms are as advertised. The best perk though is the management - Erin is super communicative, and it was such a pleasure to rent from her. Definitely a great choice!

Gorgeous!

We rented this property with a few families for the week and it was so perfect! The house is immaculate, so beautifully decorated and extremely functional for groups. They have thought of so many little things to make you feel at home. The check in and check out process was so easy and the owner checked in with us a few times to ensure things were going well. We will definitely stay again!

Great Hampton Vacation

My family and I had an amazing vacation staying at this home. The home is very kid friendly and we had 2 young children with us. The house was immaculate and has an amazing gated pool area that we truly enjoyed. The home owner was very easy to work with and even had beautiful flowers on the table when we arrived, a bottle of Rose wine and gifts for my two grandsons. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful property and host

We had 3 families (12 people total) and everyone loved the stay at the property. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning and the bunk beds were a real hit with the kids. Pool is a really nice size (bigger than pictures) and has great depth. Having access to the pool while at the Hamptons ended up being a huge benefit with such a large group. Erin was lovely and very helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect family home

Had a wonderful week vacation. The house was perfect for my 3 year old and infant. Literally everything we needed was there, from toys to cribs, pool, beach you name it! Erin was incredibly responsive and the home guide was comprehensive. Would return again and again and again!

Amazing !!

Everything was perfect. Erin was amazing , so accommodating in every way. I have been renting in the Hamptons for years and this year was by far the best. The house is ideal. I am an OCD freak , and the house could not of been any cleaner. We will definitely be returning next year.

Family Friendly House

We had a great time staying at this house. Erin was great and very responsive. The house was clean and kid friendly. The gate around the pool was a must for our stay and gates and the top and bottom of the stairs were a plus. Our kids (4 & 5) had a blast in the playroom and playground area. The pool area also had an outdoor couch which was not in the pictures so that was an added plus for seating! Centrally located to restaurants, stores etc.. Would highly recommend!!

Great Family Getaway

Our family of 5 had an amazing two week stay at the house. The house is clean, well kept, and the owners even left us a beautiful arrangement of flowers upon our arrival. The property is extremely family friendly. The pool is gated and so is the larger property itself. My kids loved playing with the swingset, in the pool and in the basement playroom. The house location is perfect and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Wonderful way to end the season!

The house and grounds are exactly as pictured and described. Extremely clean home, very comfortable beds and luxurious sheets. Erin is a very responsive host. The outdoor shower is immaculate. The kids loved the heated pool, especially the lights at night. We had a wonderful long weekend and it was a great way to end the summer. Thank you!

Fabulous Family Getaway

Wowowowow! What a wonderful stay we had at Erin’s lovely home. This is by far my favorite vacation rental thus far. The house was in clean and in great condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really the perfect house to stay with kids. And Erin was such a great communicator responding quickly to anything and everything both before and during our stay. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. What a lovely host and home. Thank you Erin!!!

Perfect getaway!!

We needed a change of scenery and this was exactly how a vacation should be! From the moment we entered the doors, we were greeted by the cool air and fresh scent. The house was spotless and inviting. Erin left a welcome wine and cookies from companies based in the Hamptons and was always so responsive and accommodating! Everything you need to keep a family with kids entertained is right on the property. And the beaches and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive. My young kids had the best time and didn’t want to leave. Neither did we! And we will definitely be back!!
