Start mornings on the balcony with wide blue-water views, spend the day on Sea Isle’s sandy beach or by the heated pool, then head out for boating, snorkeling, and the best Middle Keys dining in nearby Marathon.

Location: Key Colony Beach is one of the most laid-back, guest-friendly spots in the Keys. You’re close to local restaurants, bike paths, and parks, with quick access to Marathon, the Seven Mile Bridge, fishing charters, snorkeling, and diving.

Good to know before you book:
• Third-floor walk-up (stairs only, no elevator). The views are worth it, but it’s not a fit for guests who need step-free access.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 9:00 AM (cleaners arrive right at/after 9)
• No pets (Sea Isle is pet-free)
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking/vaping inside the unit
• Sea Isle common-area amenities are subject to posted community rules/hours.

The condo has everything! If you stand on the balcony at the top of your stairway, look to the left and watch the sun rise. Now come back to same spot in evening and look right, you can watch sun set!Spectacular community!Will definitely book again! Thank you Michael!

We had a wonderful time in Key Colony. The Sea Isle Condo was great and met our needs. The beach and lounging lawn were comfortable and had great views. We woke up to watch the sunrise each morning with a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Michael, the host, was very accommodating. He truly made us feel welcomed and was attentive to every need. The condo unit was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings looking out over the private beach and pool. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Keys.

Celebration

Our first stay in the Keys to celebrate 60th birthdays & 20th wedding anniversary. This neighborhood & property were amazing. Nice quiet area that is very clean. The views from the condo were beautiful and nice beach. Michael our host made everything so easy, gave lots of info about the area & truly cared about our experience. The condo was stocked with all the necessities. Magical place, hope to return some day.

Clean, nice open floor plan and just steps from the beach! The photos of the condo interior were what made me choose this specific unit and we were not disappointed when we got there. Enjoyed walking to Sunset Park most evenings to watch the sunset. We visited Key Largo, Islamorada and Key West during our visit, so this location was a home base.

What a wonderful getaway

The property was very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet yet conveniently located near restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful family friendly stay!

We lived everything about our stay! Prior to arrival communication with the owner was wonderful. We received an email with information about the area/restaurants/activities that was very helpful and the restaurant suggestions were all amazing! Check in was very easy. The condo was clean and well stocked, exactly as pictured. The pool area was perfect. It wasn’t very crowded, but there were plenty of lounge chairs and shaded table seating. The beach area was beautiful as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap were all provided. Beach towels were provided, but if you have little ones that need a dry towel multiple times a day you may want to bring extra or quarters for the dryer (2.00 for washer/2 for dryer). The neighborhood was great for morning walks and Sunset Beach is just down the road for beautiful evening views! We loved our time here and would absolutely stay with these owners again!

Great Week

The property was great for our week long stay. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the hours by the pool. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming and shared places to eat and things to do. The condo was just the right size for 4 adults and was quiet. Michael was great to work with and available for any questions or problems. The only issue would be if you have a problem with stairs.

Key Colony Beach was everything we’d hoped for a winter getaway

We loved everything about our stay at Key Colony Beach! The apt was spotless and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and the breezes off the ocean were so relaxing. Water aerobics an option, pool was sparking clean and sunny and everyone was so welcoming. And of the course the ocean was fabulous. We had a gourmet dinner every night. Finally,’our host, Michael, was terrific - immediately responsive and helpful (we were inquiring about EV charging). Great vacation! We’re definitely going back. .

Great Location!

My husband and I spent the week at this wonderful VRBO in Marathon. It was a great location and easy to take fay trips to the other Keys. Great communication from Michael. Thanks to his help we were able to watch the Key Colony Holiday Boat Parade in the neighborhood

Paradise found

We stayed at this condo for one week to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. The condo was perfect for our needs. I enjoyed the private beach and sunsets at sunset park beach. There is so much to do and Michael was great at giving recommendations for all the activities. We rented kayaks and went to Curry Hammock state park. We went snorkeling at Key West with Fury. Loved it! We went reef fishing on the marathon lady party boat and caught a bunch of grunt fish which we ate for dinner. We visited Crane Point also and it was worth the $15 entry fee I think. The beaches nearby are just gorgeous; Bahai Honda state park beach is stunning and a sunset at Sombrero a must. We ended our stay with a fantastic meal at Butterfly cafe. Exceptional service and food. Thank you Michael for sharing this lovely place!

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved this condo!! Everything about this property was perfect- the location, the gorgeous beach (a rare commodity in The Keys), the beautiful grounds, and the awesome pool. The central location was perfect for exploring the Keys in both directions. Michael was a phenomenal host. He called before we left for vacation with check-in instructions and many suggestions for a perfect stay. The condo itself was beautiful and extremely well-stocked. My husband and I always tend to over-prepare for vacations- literally, this condo has everything you could want from beach towels to shampoo-not to mention a fully stocked kitchen. Travel light! I forgot to bring my magnifying mirror that I use to put on makeup. Imagine my surprise when my sons told me there was one in their bathroom! Also, my sons made me take a moment the night before leaving to go down and lie on the lounge chairs to look at the stars-I highly recommend it! Can not wait to return.

Beyond Awesome

We loved everything about our stay at this awesome condo in Key Colony Beach! The location is ideal, it is close to several fabulous restaurants and attractions yet it is in a very quiet area. Its central location in the Florida keys made it very convenient and easy to visit Key Largo, Marathon, Islamorada and Key West during our week-long stay. The condo has its own private beach with soft, white sand and beautiful clear water. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching lots of boats pass by from the inlet nearby (Vaca Cut). At the end of the street (about a 3 minute walk) is Sunset Park. We walked there every evening to watch the amazing sunsets. The condo is beautifully decorated, super clean and well-appointed. . .even beach towels are provided! Communication with the owner, Michael, was phenomenal. He provided clear and easy check-in instructions and called to make sure we had everything we needed. I had mentioned to him before our trip that my husband enjoyed sleeping to the sound of an electric fan. Michael made sure a box fan was waiting for us upon check-in. He also provided great recommendations for area restaurants and attractions. This is our favorite beach vacation rental of all time. Our teenage son has already asked "When can we go back?"

Great place to stay in the Keys

This was our first visit to the Keys but I hope it won't be the last! We had a great vacation. We have in many vacation rentals and surely this one ranks at the top of the list. First, Michael is a wonderful host who makes vacation planning easy. Next, the condo itself is great. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, the place is clean and seems to have everything you could need or want. The beach is amazing, we often had it and the pool all to ourselves. The Key Colony neighborhood is safe and quiet. Sunsets are amazing. We snorkled at Looe Key from Bahaia Honda State Park, visited the turtle hospital and Dolphin Research Center, spent a day in Key West, kayaked at Curry Hammock and enjoyed the beach and pool. You cant go wrong with this condo! Thank you, Michael!

Graduation Trip for Daughter

Loved everything about our stay except the stairs. I wish we would have known that there was no elevator or if we could have stayed on a first floor. My husband is 75 and the stairs were a little too much. Other than that everything else was perfect. We would definitely go back and stay again on a lower floor condo. Wonderful host! ❤️

30th wedding anniversary stay was FANTASTIC!!!

We found your place on Vrbo and It was fantastic! The place we stayed was everything we needed. Relaxing , beautiful the view was beautiful and the beach is very nice and great chairs to relax, and take in the beauty! Micheal was amazing host and very helpful to help with ideas where to eat, get groceries, and just so Grateful he alllowed us to stay and enjoy 30 years. Loved just a short walk to sunset park to watch the beautiful view of sunset !!! If looking for a place to relax and enjoy a vacation , we give it a 10 out of 10!!! Thanks again 🏖️🏝️😃BLESSED for sure and great memories to cherish !!!
