Guests often tell us they love the balance of being close to everything while still feeling tucked away. Key Colony Beach offers a quiet coastal setting, yet Marathon's restaurants, shops, fishing excursions, and island adventures are only minutes away.

We first fell in love with Key Colony Beach for its calm rhythm and welcoming feel—a place where life slows just enough to notice what matters. That feeling stayed with us, and it’s what inspired us to create Salt & Sun.

As a mother-daughter team, we care for this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with intention and attention to detail. We’re personally involved in preparing the space and communicating with guests, with the hope that each stay feels comfortable, simple, and well cared for.

To us, Salt & Sun is more than a place to stay. It’s a space to rest, reconnect, and enjoy the slower pace of the Florida Keys. Whether it’s a quiet morning, time spent by the water, or an evening unwinding together, we hope your stay brings a sense of ease and renewal.
