This was a clean, bright flat with all the basic necessities.
I stayed here for three weeks at the end of summer, and because the weather was hot I needed to keep the windows open for ventilation. Because of this the apartment was very loud both day and night because it is right beside the Gürtel (a main boulevard in the city), and also by a major cross street and there is also a U station right across the street with frequent trains. However, none of this is the property owner's fault... it is just the location is not necessarily ideal for peaceful sleep in the summer if you need to keep the windows open. Although bonus was that access to transit is readily available, and catching a taxi any time of the day or night is trivial because there are always many taxis on the Gürtel. When you can keep the windows closed, the flat is a lot quieter.
The landlady was very responsive to my questions and requests, and fresh linens were made available when I wanted them. The apartment had all the basic necessities for cooking and also included a washing machine so I could do laundry when needed.
