PRIVATE UPPER-LEVEL RETREAT
You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, including the backyard and hot tub. The lower-level apartment is a fully separate residence with its own entrance, parking, and guests. No spaces or amenities are shared.
* Separate Lower Level: The downstairs apartment and garage are completely separate and rented independently to other guests.
* Dedicated Parking: Upper-level guests park directly in front of the garage. Downstairs guests park to the left of the stairs. Please leave ample space near the stairs so downstairs guests can access their entrance. Do not block access to the lower unit at any time.
* Access: Because this is an elevated upper-level property, entry requires walking up a flight of exterior stairs from the driveway. For your safety and comfort during the winter, these stairs are equipped with a continuous snow-melting mat system.

Guests will enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire upper (main) level of the home, including all advertised bedrooms, living spaces, the kitchen, and the backyard amenities. Please note the following layout details before booking:
* Separate Lower Level: The lower level and garage are completely separate, are not part of the rental, and will remain closed and locked.

HOUSEKEEPING & COMFORT
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toiletries, fresh linens, and towels to help you settle in comfortably.
* Turnovers: While daily maid service is not included, your cleaning fee covers a meticulous professional turnover prior to your arrival.
* Mountain Living: The property is professionally treated for pests; however, given our beautiful forest setting, an occasional forest critter may still make an appearance.
FUR BABIES WELCOME
* Dogs are part of the family! We are happy to welcome up to two dogs.
* Please ensure your pups are added to your reservation prior to arrival so we can prepare the home. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $300 fee.
GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
* Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful neighborhood and kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
* 100% Smoke-Free: To keep the mountain air fresh, smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors and outdoors). Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will require additional deep cleaning and is subject to a $250 fee.
* Furniture: Please enjoy the home layout as arranged. Moving furniture is not permitted and may result in a fee if damage occurs.
MOUNTAIN LOGISTICS & SAFETY
* Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This window ensures our cleaners have time to prep for the next guests. Unapproved late check-outs are subject to a $100/hour fee.
* Septic System: We are on a mountain septic system. Please flush toilet paper only to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Bear Smarts: For everyone's safety, all trash must be secured inside the driveway bear box with the latch fully engaged. Recycling should be placed in blue bags inside the bear box.
* Winter Snow Removal: The property is on a professional snow plow contract. The driveway will be automatically plowed whenever snow accumulation reaches 4 inches or more.
