The villa is located in a quiet resdidential area of Alcanada near Puerto Alcudia and the beaches. Shops and restaurants can be reached by foot.

Outside there is a private pool surrounded by terraces and old trees. At one side of the villa there is a furnished terrace with barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining.

Groups will only be accepted, if all members are at least 25 years or older. This rule does not apply for families.

A deposit of 500,00 € will be requested on arrival, payable by credit card, and will be returned on departure.
Final cleaning costs 180,00 €.
Cot 70,00 € per week, high chair 35,00 € per week
Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked.
Linen change and cleaning once per week are incl. in price.
