Nestled in Bethel Island this adorable house offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking comfort and convenience. With two spacious bedrooms featuring queen beds, everyone can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms include handy hair dryers, making your stay even easier. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the home. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out on the water this wonderful space has you covered. I provide water toys, life vest , fishing supplies, and other miscellaneous items for outdoor activities. This property will help you experience everything Bethel Island has to offer. There is a separate unit downstairs that is completely separate with its own private entrance around back. This unit may or may not be occupied.

Kathy and her guest were absolutely lovely to host! They took great care of the property, followed all house rules, and left everything clean and tidy. Communication was easy throughout their stay, and we truly appreciated how respectful they were of the home. We would happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Simply incredible. Perfect quiet evening space. Amenities were well thought out and the kitchen was well stocked and kept. The whole space was magic! We will be returning!

There is nothing more peaceful than living with m the water and better yet a super small quaint island. I decided to be become a host after all our children grew up and moved out. Memories we made on this property will forever hold dear to my heart, and I would love nothing more for guest to come and make memories of their own.

We are about a mile and a half down Taylor Road. The location is very private. My neighbors are very friendly. We have 150 feet of waterfront Property situated on a point with unobstructed views of the city like me and Mt. Diablo
