Finca Tonya in Cala Mondrago

Country estate with two separate buildings and nice, lush gardens close to Cala Mondragó. Finca Tonya is an excellent choice for large families or groups, who enjoy spending their holidays together, yet with a certain degree of independence.

Finca Tonya is located near the borders of the nature preserve Cala Mondragó and at only about 1,3 kilometres distance of the beach with the same name. The beautiful bay offers nice sandy beaches, turquoise waters and a popular beach bar with sunbeds for hire. The small port town Portopetro is at about 2 kilometres distance. It offers shopping facilities and a picturesque seaside promenade with cafés and restaurants. The property is a good base to explore the island and visit places like Cala d'Or, with its white villas, restaurants and a great choice of leisure activities or the small town Santanyí, popular for its fine shops and boutiques and some excellent restaurants. In general the Southeast coast is well known for its many beaches and bays and its nice seaside villages and resorts.

Finca Tonya is a property with two separate houses and an excellent choice for large families or groups, who enjoy spending their holidays together, yet with a certain degree of independence.

The main building offers a vaulted living-dining area furnished in the traditional style. Next to it is the American-style kitchen with breakfast bar. In the same house there are two bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed, the other one with twins. The living-dining area has access to a nice covered terrace and the pool area.

The second building offers another living room with open fireplace and access to the terrace. It offers three more bedrooms, all fitted with twin beds. Two bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with a walk-in shower, the third bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and access to the back terrace.

All bedrooms offer air-conditioning h/c running on a timer: 14:00 - 16:00 hrs, 21:00 - 07:00 hrs.
Hairdryers are available in all bathrooms.

Finca Tonya is surrounded by a large garden with mature trees and lawns. The pool area includes a large sun terrace and lawns to play on. There is a BBQ house with a large, brick-built BBQ, worktop and sink. The terrace offers marvellous views of the magnificent garden and the countryside. There is parking space for several cars on the grounds.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
