We had a wonderful stay! It was very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this place to others!

Had an amazing week in Cala Dor and this beautiful villa did not disappoint. It was very spacious and accommodated all 8 of us. The pool was perfect and nice and warm. The location is amazing. You can walk to several beautiful restaurants and the marina in less than 5 minutes. The most stunning beaches, shopping and nightlife are just a few minutes away. We had zero issues and would highly recommend this villa if visiting with a large family. It has everything you need as it is well stocked. The hosts were also great and provided us all the necessary info before arriving.

Perfect location for a family holiday

What a gorgeous villa, a few mins from the Marina and everything you need for a chilled family holiday beside the pool. Highly recommend this villa and thoughtful hosts.

Gorgeous, spacious villa in a great location. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Outside terrace areas were great. Everything was well maintained. Good communication from host. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic villa in a prime location

Fabulous time at this beautiful villa which worked perfectly for our family - 6 adults, one toddler and a baby. It was well equipped and the welcome pack was well received, as due to delays we arrived quite late. The marina is very close with lovely restaurants, some are quite expensive. We also ate in Cala Egos about a 15 minute walk away. The beach is quite small and can get busy, but it suited us as we only went for a couple of hours per day. We enjoyed every minute at the villa and surrounding area and would definitely return….next time for longer as the week went so quickly.

Fantastic villa. Great location.

We were so happy with our choice of villa. From the very generous welcome pack to the huge pool, garden and entertaining spaces. We loved the location as we could quickly walk to the lovely restaurants and bars around the marina and to the local Calo d’es Pou beach. Although further away, the lively centre of Cala d’or was still walking distance. A great time was had by all!

Super villa in great location

Communication was excellent with the owner from booking right through to our arrival. The villa was super clean and on arrival we had a lovely welcome pack left for us. The pool was clean and the water was warm. Everyone in our party spent many hours in the water and we had a great time. The location is super close to the marina with bars and restaurants. A 15 minute walk will take you to a centre with more bars and restaurants which offers better value for money if you have children. Overall we had a fantastic week with our family and will hopefully return one day.

Villa Cala D’or

Lovely property in an ideal location for exploring and near to numerous restaurants / bars. Excellent communication from owners and property manager. The villa is spacious, immaculate and has everything you need. We were provided with a generous welcome pack which meant we didn’t need to visit the shops on our first day. Lovely pool and sunbathing areas. Our only issue was the noise from passing traffic, as it is next to a busy road. It never really bothered us too much but I imagine it may be an issue for some. The sun loungers are also a little worn. Other than this, we had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful family stay

First of all, the villa is located in a prime location. You can get round on foot everywhere. Villa itself is ideal for families. A lot of effort has been made to ensure you have everything you need if you have children. The playpen was an absolute blessing for our 4 month old! There were stair gates and the host even supplied a potty for my 2 year old ( I asked). The house is clean and extremely well equipped! Lots of appliances, plenty of fridge/ freezer space. I was impressed with the kitchen. The rooms are air conditioned and a lovely size. The terraces were a bonus, wow they are huge (sun beds are good on those). The garden is extremely well kept. The pool is beautiful and clean. The only small niggle would be that the sun beds need updating. The welcome pack has been well thought out and written with regards to directions to villa, villa security and restaurant recommendations. Communication with host was faultless throughout. We will come back!

Perfect for our family

We were a family group of 10, including 4 children ranged from 4 to 7 years old. The villa was just perfect for us with large en-suite and air conditioned bedrooms, great open areas and a well equipped kitchen. The shaded terrace over looking the pool was the focal point for most of our activities offering a perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the children. The villa is set in a quiet area and is not overlooked. The nearest grocery shop ,where we were able to get 90% of what we needed ,is approx 300m away adjacent to the marina. If you are looking for a beach holiday then this probably isn't the villa for you as the nearest beach is about a 20min walk away and is quite small when you get there. However for us the villa pool was a perfect substitute. If you have non swimmers be sure to bring arm bands etc because the pool only has a very small shallow section. The marina area is lovely with a large number of restaurants and bars. We ate out every day and the pick of those we tried was definitely Churchill's Tapas Bar - next to the Spar shop. A walk into Cala D'Or centre where there are literally dozens of restaurants and bars takes about 20mins. There is a circular bus but it only runs every hour and is often full at peak times. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and the villa was perfect for us. I have no hesitation in recommending to any large family group.

Family holiday September 08

The large villa with lovely heated pool was clean and close to the Marina at Cala dor, There a selection of provisions left for us which was very handy. We were a little disappointed that there were not enough pillows, the downstairs double bed was not very comfortable, also the shower down stairs had no curtain so could not be used ( not ideal for families of 8 or more).There was some maintenance that needed done, bathroom door in the double bed room up stairs would not close also the room door if the windows were open would not stay closed,a bulb was also needing replaced in the bathroom. The upstairs twin room had a loose door on the bathroom cabinet. The plinth in the kitchen was loose and kept falling down, we found there was not enough large cups and very few large glasses, this could have been a big problem for others booking the villa, having only 4 of us drinking hot drinks we managed but only just. The entry system did not work from the out side and a problem with the pool gurgling one night meant a sleepless night for two of us, It was fixed the next day with the phone number supplied. The information that was sent out to us was good up to a point, More information on the Island and places to visit and see would have been good also information on equipment in the villa, we noticed there was no guest book but put these last few things down to the fact the villa had recently changed hands, on speaking to the owner via e-mail on some of the points on our return I was told that they were due to go out to the villa and would be seeing to the maintenance items whilst out there. On a positive note the air conditioning was very good in the bedrooms and the villa was clean on arrival. We visited Valldemossa and Pollenca again and port De Soller and the west coast with stunning veiws, the Marina at Cala Dor, and two of the many lovely bays one in which we saw 8 different kinds of fish with the aid of goggles / snorkle mask, We went to Boa Vida just down the hill for a few of our evening meals friendly service,good food and prices, Batavaria good food and a view of the Marina a little more expensive,. We all enjoyed the swimming pool very much, the space inside and outside the villa was great, a note of caution there is no shallow end in the pool for very young children( apart from the steps) and a very large last step into the pool which can catch you by surprise also no depth markings for the deep end which is lovely and deep.

Fantastic Villa

Had the most amazing time. Great location (easy walk to Marina, pleasant 30 min walk into town and easy walk to lovely beach, Es Forti and supermarket). House is lovely -fantastically equipped (and now with a smart new kitchen) and everything we needed (and more!). Pool plenty big enough for our needs (we were 7 adults at one point). Didn’t use upstairs terraces as too hot but would be lovely in spring or autumn. Only two minor things: Sun beds are a bit tired and the road by the garden is a bus route. It didn’t bother us at all but may irritate some as quite frequent and noisy. We hope to be back - it was an amazing holiday! Hosts really responsive and helpful, particularly when website didn’t like our second payment. We were made to feel really welcome. Thank you!!

The Pictures don’t do it justice

Really nice spacious villa very nice outside space and the pool is very warm and a nice size what you don’t see on the pictures is some very nice roof terraces all round the Villa. It’s in a great location 10 minutes walk to a really good supermarket. Or five minutes drive to an even bigger hypermarket Also 5 minutes walk to both train stops that going to Cala dor Also at the marina is only five minutes walk where there is nice bars and restaurants beaches 10 minutes walk or catch the train to all the other beaches. Basically we loved it and will probably go back and stay there

We have just returned from a fabulous stay in Cala d’or at this wonderful Villa.

The pictures for villa and pool don’t do it justice, both being larger than expected with lots of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The location is great just a short stroll to the marina with bars and restaurants and 20 mins walk to the fabulous Porto Petro for more restaurants and SUP board hire. We also hired a small self driven motor boat at the Marina and visited isolated coves around the coast swimming in Cristal clear water. We’ve all had a great time at the Villa with lots to see and do, we would highly recommend
