Finca Cabana-Barcelo, with two buildings close to Cas Concos, is a historic country estate that enjoys complete privacy and has been fully renovated, combining modern comfort with traditional elements. The property offers 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and air-conditioning.

Finca Canbana-Barcelo is set in the peaceful countryside yet at only 2 kilometres distance from Cas Concos. This small village offers some excellent restaurants and shopping facilities. The traditional holiday resort of Cala d'Or is in 15 minutes travelling distance and offers different beaches, a wide variety of leisure activities, shopping facilities and restaurants.

The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen with bar and adjoining dining area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a separate shower room. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor. To the right is a beautiful bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room. A further step leads to a large, cosy living room. To the right of the living room is a large shower room, to the left of the living room is the third bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and many windows with views of the surrounding area.

The other house has a dining room with vaulted ceiling and an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Air conditioning with fixed operating times (19:00 h - 05:00 h).

Finca Canbana-Barcelo is set on a large plot with an orchard. There is a small playground for the children and a table tennis. The BBQ is in a small house next to the pool.

Children are welcome, one cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
Pets are not allowed

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked during low season.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
