The Finca Rio is located in the countryside close to Felanitx. The centre of this small country town with traditional Mallorcan features is approximately 6 kilimeters away and offers restaurants, shopping facilities, cafés and a colourful market on Sundays. The closest beaches are in Cala d'Or and Porto Colom, which are both in approximately 20 minutes driving distance. A riding stable and the Vall d'Or golf course are only a few kilometres away.

Ground floor: Lounge area with couch, television and access to the porch. Living- / dining room with couch open fireplace, dining table and access to the open fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the porch. One single bedroom. One bathroom with shower.

First floor: 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds, one bathroom with shower/tub, one master bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom en-suite (bathtub and shower).

Central heating throughout.




The Finca Rio has a very nice and well-kept garden, with lush vegetation. The pool is fenced and accessible through a lockable gate. The porch has a comfortable lounge area, a dining table and a fully equipped summer kitchen including work top, sink, BBQ and gas grill top.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available free on request.
