Finca Luca is at approximately500 m distance from Porto Cristo, the beach is within 1,7 kilometres walking distance. Porto Cristo offers a beautiful marina, nice restaurants with seafront terraces, a seaside promenade and a good choice of shopping facilities. Manacor is 11 km travelling distance. Being the third largest town of Mallorca, Manacor offers a nice town centre with pedestrian zone, indoor market, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. The seaside resorts S'Illot, Sa Coma and Cala Millor are only a short drive away from Finca Luca and offer a variety of leisure activities, tennis courts, more shopping facilities and beaches with all amenities.

Finca Luca is laid out on two floors. The ground floor has a large and open living dining area, fully fitted kitchen and one bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The first floor offers two more bedrooms, both with bathrooms en-suite and private terrace.

Finca Luca offers a large pool, lawns to play on and various covered and open terraces. Sun beds and shades are provided. There is a mobile wood fired BBQ.

A deposit of 300 € is due on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure following an inspection of the property.
