The 220m² vacation house Can Rosito in the charming seaside town of Cala Morlanda, on the eastern coast of Mallorca, is situated directly by the sea. The house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a safe, a baby cot and a highchair. The balcony invites you to have morning coffees overlooking the sea, while the spacious private outdoor area with a big open terrace is perfect for spending the evenings with home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue. The closest supermarkets are 850 m away in the centre of Cala Morlanda (11 minutes on foot). You can reach the nearest restaurants, bars and cafes in 5 minutes on foot (400 m). The closest beach, Cala Morlanda, is 400 m away (5 minutes on foot). In the vicinity you can find the golf club Pula, located 10 km from the property (14-minute drive), as well as the quaint harbor town of Porto Cristo after a 10-minute drive (5.2 km). The airport of Palma is an hour’s drive (65 km) away.
