OFF MAIN DOWNTOWN BV COTTAGE is close to everything downtown in Buena Vista. Main street restaurants (1 minute walk), South Main (4 blocks away), river surfing, whitewater, skate park, bouldering, dirt pump track, community tennis and pickleball courts, and endless hiking are just a few minutes walk away.

The cottage is small and cozy with:
king bed in one bedroom
queen bed in the second bedroom.
Spacious full bathroom.
Open concept living.
This kitchen was updated May 2026 to include open shelving and a dishwasher. Photos coming soon.

Please note: Like many homes in Buena Vista and other Colorado mountain towns, this home does not have air conditioning. However, temperatures in the mountains cool significantly in the evenings. Simply open a few windows and turn on fans to quickly cool the space and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
