House was nice and clean we just didn’t have toilet paper and the fire alarm was beeping a while . But she did take my calls and tried to fix the issues

The communication with the property manager was good however, the place was not thoroughly clean before we checked in the floors were dirty. The handle on the patio door completely broke off inside and out, so we struggled to open the patio door to go outside and enjoy the view. There were also several broken dishes and the closet door was broken.The bathroom rugs were filthy and I was told if the cleaning crew didn’t show up the next morning that I would get my cleaning deposit back. Needless to say the cleaning crew never showed and. I never received my cleaning deposit back as promised. So the property manager promised things that they were not able to deliver. Also, the bedding we had to wash and the pillows in both rooms are horrible. Please bring your own pillows.

This is not a penthouse this is false advertising!!!! No toilet paper or paper towels upon arrival. Dirty carpets, When I informed them about this I was told thank u for letting us know that this is a housekeeping issue… a demand letter to the owner for non payment (21k) on the door upon arrival, I thought it was rental information so I read it. The reason I’m sharing this is so that Vrbo guests can be informed of the property situation and avoid unnecessary headaches…Parking instructions were not accurate and the pass was not were the instructions stated. the front information desk informed me open departure that Im gonna get charged 100 per night for parking where I did… I parked where the check in instructions told me to. To be positive the property is in a wonderful location and the staff on site was friendly and helpful. The low star rating was due to a combination of issues. But with some adjustments this is a 4-5 star non penthouse condo. For the price it’s a decent spot with wonderful nightlife within walking distance. Just be warned not a penthouse and be careful where u park.
