Gorgeous decor with beautiful view of the ocean. Bed is very comfortable !

Always rent at Leeward Key for the location. Love this unit and will rent again in the future.

very clean and updated. Gorgeous views and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Perfect size for a small family. Would stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

Condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. 12th floor is perfect for sitting on patio overlooking the ocean. Beach service was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!!

Everything was great! It was very clean and just as pictures posted. Loved the beach service, pools where very clean as well! The view was amazing! Definitely will be back!

This is a perfect location for family

This property was the perfect location for our family who are not big into all the commercialism. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the regular stores are only a 10 min drive. The view is amazing and the property has its own private beach, pool and pool on the beach. I definitely would recommend this place it was very clean, modern and safe.

Great Property Amazing View

I really like leeward key a lot, the view are terrific from this condo and the updated kitchen was really nice. We enjoyed having beach service included and how easy it was to walk to restaurants or get around down from here. It is a great middle location between destin and san destin. The beachside pool was very nice too. thanks

Excellent experience for first time rental at this condo

We have visited Destin for many years now but this was the first time using this condo. Excellent experience. Unit was very clean and ready for on time check in. Located within walking distance of several great restaurants. Beach chair rental service was outstanding. A great experience for our whole family. Would for sure stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Great week!

Just finished a week at 1203 Leeward Key. My family and I had a great time. It’s a very convenient location. Easy walk to the beach. Beach service was a plus having a home base. My kids loved the pool in the back as it was quiet and they could have fun without worry. Would come back for sure.

Stunning view of the Gulf

Great property. Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great balcony furniture and the view was incredible. Kenny D’s restaurant right below property was perfect lunch/dinner destination. Easy walk across the road to the beach. Towels provided were not as clean as I would prefer so I washed them upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Our stay at this unit was wonderful. We have stayed in other units at this property before and this one may be our favorite! The guest bedroom was perfect for two of our sons while the master was big enough to also place a full size crib, a rental, as suggested by the hosts. Everything was very clean and I just loved the sheets and comforter in the master. Thanks for a great week!

Super Nice 12th floor Condo!

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your 12th floor condo! Really enjoyed our stay at 1203 Leeward Key! Condo was clean and Amazing with magnificent views of the gulf. As soon as you open the door you see the gulf. The condo was more than adequately equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! Comfortable beds and furniture, 2 pools to choose from and the beach right across the street! 2 great restaurants with in walking distance, Kenny D's right next door and Captain Dave's right across the street. Definitely would and hope to stay there again!

wonderful view

my fiance and i were here for one week for a friends wedding. we loved the view instantly, nothing compares :) the place was gorgeous, decorated well, not too "old" looking :P condo was clean and the AC worked great the whole time. really convenient that there is a tv in each room as well as the living room. very good internet connection, the kitchen was well equipped w/utensils, measuring cups, pots and pans, etc. honestly the photos dont do it justice in my opinion. within walking distance to pompano joes, studio by the sea painting. theres a burger joint right outside the condo building. this is one of the few places that has a pool on the beach side which is amazing, i took several mignight cat naps out on a pool chair with the waves in the background. obviously we are very sad to have to leave tomorrow :( we virtually had no problems here :) and will try to return next summer :)

On Point

The condo was easy to find and get to. The open parking in the back was nice considering we had a cargo carrier on top of our SUV and some parking garages have low clearances. The pools were clean and nice. Elevators were quick. I like how they have a unloading parking spot and the carts to use by the elevator. The condo itself was very clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to already have dish soap and hand soap. The only complaints I have is the master bed is kinda hard for my liking and the master bedroom was noticeably hotter than the rest of the condo. This wasn’t anything really with our condo itself, but the people either next to us or below us smoked constantly on the balcony which I assume is ok, but it just kinda sucked that anytime I went out to sit, it was as if I was smoking and it was one right after another. My daughter and I definitely smelled weed as well on a couple occasions. We would visit again.
