The space
Welcome to Mayfield, Edmonton! Your private entrance leads to a tranquil stay in our stylishly furnished 1BR suite.
What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our house features one full washrooms
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Free street parking
- Our house features lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
-Our home has a separate upstair suite with another short term rental unit. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system.
- Since there is a separate suite located in the upstairs of the home, there is slight potential for noise from the guests upstairs, however we have installed sound barriers between the floors and door to ensure the best sleeps possible for each and every guest!
Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 1 king bed and a sofa bed in the living room
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our guest suite with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Chapelle Shopping Centre - a close by vibrant shopping district in Edmonton!
As a guest of our unit, you will have exclusive access to the basement of the house, which includes 1 bedroom, a living room, a full kitchen, and 1 full bathroom.
Please note that the upstairs suite is a separate unit and is not accessible to our guests.

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
✦ Additional Guest Fees ✦
A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you’re booking for more than 2 guests, the fee is already reflected in the nightly rate—no extra charges will be added after booking.
All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
*Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.*
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please reach out on the platform with any questions or concerns you may have!
