Bright spacious loft central Edmonton. Arts, Ice district, Museum, Library, shopping all within walking distance. Full kitchen with complimentary, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Popcorn and Condiments included.
Washer dryer, Dish washer, Hairdryer, exercise equipment.
Executive office with Monitor and great views (bring your own laptop).
Cozy queen bed with extra twin pullout for guests. All linens included
Light Rapid Transit (LRT) Central station access via pedway in basement of building, no need to go outside. YEG 1 hour via transit. University 10 min. via LRT. Various shopping malls on the LRT line as well.
Street parking only. No pets.
Please be sure to fill out the short-term rental agreement and include with your booking request

Everything we needed was avalible, Doug was awesome in everyway, close to rogers ceter and casino.

The loft was perfect. Great location, clean and had everything we required. The host Doug was great and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend the loft and stay again.

The studio was exactly as described and wonderful! We really enjoyed the great coffee and popcorn. We did not spend too much time there as we were at a conference at the Convention Center. We had a short walk from the studio to the Westin hotel where we were able to walk indoors to the convention center, so the location was perfect and less than a hotel stay! We will stay again. Communication was prompt, professional and we had everything we needed!

Property was clean and as advertised. Doug was responsive and accommodating with questions and requests. Property was in a good location with access to a convenience store, a liquor store and LRT node in the same building. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Doug was extremely communicative from booking through checking out! We had everything we needed at his beautiful apartment, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was perfectly located for us in relation to the conference center, which we walked to easily multiple times per day. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say, because our stay was perfect. I will definitely come back to Doug's place if I am ever in Edmonton again!
