Located just 1 mile from the Kancamagus Highway and 15 minutes from North Conway, this peaceful 3-bedroom retreat is ideal for families, friends, and dogs who want comfort, convenience, and nature all in one place.
Start your mornings at the coffee bar or on the private deck overlooking the woods. Spend your days hiking, skiing, swimming, or visiting Story Land. Come home to relax by the fireplace, play games, and unwind together.

What we love most about the neighborhood is how peaceful and quiet it is. It gives you that true mountain feel, where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors, while still being just a short drive to restaurants, shops, ski resorts, hiking trails, and all the local attractions.
It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day exploring and then come back to a calm, cozy space to recharge. Whether you’re here for adventure or just looking to disconnect, the location really gives you the best of both worlds.

One of our favorite features is the layout itself, with cozy spaces, unique angles, and little twists and turns that make exploring the home part of the fun for both kids and adults.
We also created a hidden bear game throughout the house, where guests can try to find all 15 bears tucked away in different spots. It’s a simple but memorable activity that families really enjoy and adds something extra you won’t find in a typical rental.
We wanted to create a place that feels warm, a little different, and full of character, where guests can relax, have fun, and make lasting memories.
