Seattle is easy to reach via the Bainbridge car/passenger ferry or Kingston’s Fast Ferry, both offering quick access to Pier 50 downtown with a 15min walk to Lumen Field for the 2026 World Cup and all the other city attractions.

Loved everything about this place. It has a wonderful waterfront location with Mt. Rainier in the distance. We were lucky enough to see the full moon rise with reflection on the water! Memorable!

Just the right sized property for two. Very well laid out, with everything you need on hand. Very quiet. Excellent water views. Good hosts ready to help if needed. Will likely be back.

This is a lovely couples get away place. The owners are extremely friendly and will tell you all about the history of the property. It close all sorts of things to do from downtown Poulsbo to Seattle. Highly recommend this location.

Property was as described and is perfect for two people. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need for a few nights if you elect to eat at home. A nice extra was the coffee and tea which are provided for your visit.One item that future guests may want to be aware of, this is a guest house with the main house just a few feet away. During our visit, we were the only two on property, not sure if the main house is ever occupied when the guest house is rented. Great views of Mt, Ranier when it was clear and a wonderful setting on the sound. However, the view directly across the water is of the Naval Base Kitsap-Keyport, which does have security floodlights that remain on all night. We absolutely enjoyed our time sitting in the chairs on the water, just know the naval base is directly across the sound.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Unbelievably beautiful spot. My only note would be-bedroom/bed is small. Other then that I highly recommend!

The property has been in my family for over 100 years. I am the fourth family member to have the privilege of owning this amazing spot. Our main home is adjacent to the Retreat, but not intrusive. We make preserving your privacy a priority, but we are nearby if an urgent matter arises.

What's not to love? We custom built this accommodation for the enjoyment of short term visitors to our area. We have beautiful trees everywhere, right on the water with gorgeous views at all seasons. The colors we get on the water are everchanging and remind us of Impressionist landscapes. Yachts and kayakers and paddleboarders cruise by all day. And, of course, we get The Mountain (what locals call Mount Rainier) when the day is clear, which is more frequent than you might think!
