This new 2 bedroom condo is a 10min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor and literally steps away from Havana and Salt & Steel restaurants. Its mt views of Champlain, Door, and Cadillac Mt are rare for down town Bar Harbor (Iv lived here 36 years and never seen anything like it in town). It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking for two cars. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1 mile walk. Climate control in every room as well as stacked washer dryer in the bathroom.

No pets please, no exceptions, our cleaning lady is allergic.

I live in town and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Very quite, safe and friendly. A stones throw from the MDI YMCA and town ball fields/bball courts/tennis courts.

The free Island Explorer Shuttle`s arrive and depart from the village green which is 7 min walk away.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch past 9pm. Please take off your shoes in the kitchen when you come inside.
