The location is great and the 2 parking spaces were very helpful. Tristan was very responsive. The space is smaller than expected. Details are very important. I rented a condo in NH last month that was fantastic in every way. His attention to detail was quite impressive! Simple improvements to make staying at your unit better are… 1) New bathroom towels. The ones provided were old and thin. Costco has great towels for little money.2) While the kitchen is nice and the appliances are good, more eating utensils, plates, mugs, etc. would be helpful. With 4 adults eating breakfast there every morning, we used 90% of the mugs, plates, etc. No one wants to wash dishes on vacation so we ran the dishwasher every day. It was a waste to run it with so few items in it.3) There is only 1 closet in the entire unit and it’s not in a bedroom. There is nowhere to stow your suitcases, backpacks, etc. While the master bedroom is a good size, the 2nd bedroom is much smaller so it felt crowded with suitcases, shoes, etc.I hope this is helpful.
