This is a charmer of a house. It lies on one of the safest, tree lined streets in all of Fort Lauderdale. It is a short walk to the heart of Las Olas and is just 2 miles from the sunny shores of the Atlantic. Stroll your favorite galleries, restaurants and pubs from this desirable location or stay at home and enjoy a well-designed back yard oasis, complete with a hot tub and a putting green. The large vinyl deck is perfect for sunbathing and cooking out. Inside the home boasts three large bedrooms with king size beds and the master also has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a newly updated well-appointed kitchen that overlooks the living room and a separate dining area. The space also boasts two full bathrooms for getting ready and has a separate make up vanity area. The house also has a work from home desk in the master bedroom. This house has the look and feel of a cute oasis and draws you into its relaxed, midcentury modern and sparkling clean vibe.

Clean and spacious space within walking distance to Las Olas blvd, restaurants and short drive to the beach. Was able to walk to the Las Olas Las art festival.Nice outdoor area to eat outside. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this property. The home was clean, well-kept, and located in a quiet, nice area that made it easy to relax and unwind. Oliver our dog was welcomed here stayed and the space worked great for our trip. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and a perfect way to unwind after a day out.One small tip for future guests: a few basic supplies (like paper towels) ran out fairly quickly and dish soap was not available during our stay, so you may want to pick up essentials ahead of time or place a Whole Foods delivery. That aside, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return and stay here!

We came in for a wedding with another couple and had a great stay during the weekend! The house is incredibly clean with all up to date amenities. All of the beds were super comfortable. We didn’t plan to use the outside being a short trip with a lot of events but found ourselves out there multiple times because of how nice and well put together the backyard was. It was the perfect size for 4 people and had an extra room had we been with a third couple. The host was so nice and responded very quickly with any questions we had, check in, and check out instructions. The location is perfect if you are staying in Fort Lauderdale, we were able to be on Las Olas in just a few minutes. We come to Ft. Lauderdale often and will absolutely be seeking out this house for future stays!
