PET POLICY
-The Botanist is pet friendly. We have a Pet Resort apart of the lower level of the Guest Cabin. This Pet Resort is heated, cooled, and has crates and beds for your furry friends! It is a separate part of the Guest House and perfect for your pets. We do ask no Pets inside the actual Guest Cabin or Main House.

PONTOON RENTALS ( During Season)
-Send us a message and we can help coordinate a pontoon rental that will be dropped off to our (your) private dock.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all outdoor amenities. Enjoy the private sauna, outdoor shower, spacious deck, and the scenic lakeside path that leads directly to your dock on Leech Lake. Feel free to swim, launch your boat, or simply take in the views from the water’s edge. Inside, every room—from the living spaces to the bedrooms—has been prepared for a seamless and luxurious experience. Parking is easy with the large driveway and 3-car garage, giving you space for vehicles and gear.

We love sharing the best of Walker and Leech Lake with our guests. You’ll find a curated list of our favorite restaurants, breweries, coffee spots, hiking trails, and local shops waiting for you at the cabin. Boat and kayak rentals are nearby, as well as great fishing guides and scenic biking routes on the Heartland Trail.
