With four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, the home provides comfortable accommodations for larger families or groups seeking a refined shore retreat.

Outdoor living is the true highlight of this home. Multiple sun decks capture panoramic bay views, while a private dock offers full access for swimming, paddleboarding, and jet-skiing. A new gas grill enhances the ground-level entertaining space—perfect for relaxed waterfront dining. Inside, the home features a luxurious primary suite with a king bed and private balcony, additional queen, double, twin, and trundle bedding options, an inviting living area with a fireplace and sliders opening to a waterfront deck, updated flooring, and contemporary coastal décor.

Additional amenities include three sun decks ideal for lounging and sunset viewing, jet-ski slips, parking, ample ground-level storage for bikes and beach gear, three Smart TVs, ceiling fans throughout, and a new BBQ grill for 2025. The rental also provides six beach tags, six beach chairs, and an umbrella for 2026. Please note: The boat slip is not available, and the boat is not accessible or for guest use during your stay.
