We loved the house. The kitchen is open and beautiful. The beds were comfy. The deck and dock were well maintained with great furniture. Just a beautiful house. Added benefit they had super kind neighbors. We loved being on the bay with spacious parking. Being off island ended up being a positive also because it kept my family on a beach schedule and we were even closer to gas and grocery stores on the mainland. This is a great place.

I’ve never rented on the bay, only close to the beach, but I highly recommend this location. The beach is a few minutes’ drive, and the perk of that was not having to lug chairs, boards, beach bags, an umbrella, etc. It’s just a straight run to the 30th St beach with clean bathrooms, food, outside foot showers, and a big children’s park.The house is gorgeous inside with a huge kitchen where we hung out if we weren’t out on the deck. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the refrigerator is the size of two, so there’s plenty of room for food. All the bedrooms have TVs, there’s a study with a desk on the first floor if you want to work (oh no!) or read quietly, and there is plenty of room to sit on the deck to relax or dine. We fished from the lower deck, paddled around in the kayak, and moored our boat. This is where you’ll have your morning coffee and watch the sun rise and fish jump and have a great vacation!

Fantastic property with a beautiful view outside of the kitchen. Wonderful host was able to help us so much with our questions. She was extremely responsive. We loved being right on the water. The kids were able to play on Floats abe appreciate the calm water. Also, it was so close to the beach so you’re able to appreciate the bay and the ocean.

We had a lovely stay at this property, and the host could not have been more hospitable. The kitchen was wonderful and very well stocked.
