Located in St. John, this gated apartment is a fantastic retreat for travelers seeking comfort and island charm. It features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy the cool breeze from Bordeaux Mountain in the living room. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and hair dryer for convenience, and each bedroom offers air conditioning for restful nights.
Stay connected with Starlink internet, unwind in the hot tub, or fire up the flat-top grill while taking in the beautiful view of Bordeaux Mountain. Guests will also enjoy access to beach chairs and a washer/dryer combo for added ease during longer stays.
The location is ideal for exploring St. John’s breathtaking beaches and outdoor adventures—just 15 minutes to Maho Beach, 20 minutes to Cinnamon Beach, 15 minutes to Salt Pond Beach, 25 minutes to Cruz Bay, and 25 minutes to the world-famous Trunk Bay. Breezy Bottom was a beautiful accommodation in the Coral Bay Area. Worked out great for us to snorkel all of the bays and beaches on that quieter beautiful side of St John. The place itself is equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. Even an air fryer! Very clean, comfortable beds, air in the bedrooms, Fans if needed. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs etc. Beautiful mountain views. Once Christina texted me the dropped pin it was easy to locate. I felt safe there because it had a driveway gate and out of the way. However if you need to be completely locked up we couldn't do that because there was no way of locking the deck screen doors. It didn't bother us. 4 minute drive to Skinner Legs and other restaurants. I would recommend this rental to anyone unless you have an issue with balance or are older a walk with a cane.... The driveway is a bit steep (most are here). Overall a very sweet place with a lot of room to relax after a fun day at the beach.

We loved this house! It was a great location. We enjoyed exploring the quieter side of the island. The host Christina was really welcoming and gave us some good suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The house came with everything you need for a perfect beach day -- towels, chairs, a cooler, and even snorkeling gear. I loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine in the evenings while enjoying the view. Would definitely rent again.
