Art City Getaway with Private Spa and Game Room is Located in Basement of Twin Home.
• The *BEST* Feature is the Large Swim Spa that has changeable lights, Bellagio‘s (Water Fountain Features), Massage Jets in bucket seats, and Swim Mode!! There are Floating Chairs and a Floating Card Table with Waterproof Cards. It is located steps away from your patio in fully fenced backyard with surrounding trees providing nature sounds, and Mountain & Sunrise/Sunset Views!! It will ONLY be used by You during Your Stay!!! • The Sleep Setup is as follows: Cabin Style Bunkbed is a Full Size Bed for 2 Adults that is on a frame. It sits on the Floor (*see pictures*) with Twin Bed above which is located in Bedroom. **Currently preparing to remove the Cabin Style Bunk Bed for a Full Size Bed that Sleeps 2 Adults ONLY and sits on a raised frame with a Headboard that has a Built-in Outlet and USB Ports.** Please feel free to reach out prior to your reservation if either of these beds will be a deal breaker for your stay to ensure which bed will be there for your reservation, Thank You!🙏
-The Sofa Sleeper Pulls Out for 2 Adults which is located in the Front Room. An added Mattress Topper has been placed in Storage Compartment for added Comfort.
-The Pack-n-Play sleeps 1 infant/toddler.
• The Loaded Game Room Features a Brunswick Pool Table, Darts, Oversized Checkers Board, Poker Table with Cards & Poker Chips, Game Boards, Large TV, and Fireplace addition heating if needed as the basement stays nice and Cool year round.
• Landscape Lighting comes ON at dusk and turns OFF at 11:00 pm. It Lights the Pathway on side of Home. There is a Separate Entrance on back of Home to Enter Basement. • You’ll have Your own Private Patio w/pet door to inside with Chairs, Table, and Barbecue Grill. **(Unfortunately, we are no longer hosting pets as the pet hair did not work well with all Guest. We do have a dog, Ares, upstairs that is friendly and will not reach your walkway or your private space. He is well looked after but if he is approached and given the opportunity he will jump up on you with excitement.)**

The hot tub was great and really big! I think you should upgrade to a regular King or Queen size bed. You would get more interest. This is my thoughts, thanks for having us.

Thank you so much for being such a great guest and your helpful feedback. I am switching out the cabin bunkbed for a Full Size bed on a raised frame and headboard today. If you are ever back this way, would love to host you again.:)

Very cozy was comfortable the whole time the host is amazing had no issues with anything I’ll definitely be staying here again the spa tub is a big bonus absolutely loved it the price is perfect too

The host was excellent. She was very nice and responsive. It was a really great place to stay, we loved the games and the pool table. My only complaint is that it says it sleeps 6 but it sleeps 5 at best and arguably 4. She’s counting the pack n play as one of the 6 beds and it was very misleading the couch bed is also not an actual bed and could only comfortably sleep two kids, not two adults even if they’re smaller adults. Other than that it was great.

Sorry, really wish you would have taken a bit more time to read the ad as it is extremely clear, not misleading. I do not count the pack and play as a bed but VRBO does for infants and toddlers. The Cabin Bunkbed has been loved by many of my guests and disliked as well. I have removed that bed and a Full Bed on a raised frame with headboard and outlet with USB Ports has replaced it. Thank you for your feedback.

This is an Extremely Unique Property as You Have Your Own Private Backyard that is Fully Fenced for Pets and Children and Offers Landscape Lighting, a Large Swim Spa next to a Patio with a Small Patio Set in Combination with a Large Barbecue Grill. Inside the Space is Divided up to Fit All Needs!! When You Enter into Living Room there is a Sofa Couch that Sleeps 2 Adults and has a Nightstand, TV, and Doggy Door. You Enter into Kitchen which has a Coffee Station, Toaster, a Small Kitchen Table that Seats 4 people, Black Out Blinds, Full Size Closet with Hangers, Cleaning Supplies, High Chair, Iron with Small Ironing Board, Pack-n-Play, an Entrance to the Bathroom Door with Full Body Mirror, and Entrance into Game Room with a Comfortable Couch that also could be used for someone to sleep on, Fireplace that offers Additional Heat, and a Futon divided up in the corner of room to under Dart Board for Additional Seating, this Open Space has Black Out Blinds and the Door to the Bedroom with Fun Cabin Style Bunk with Slide (in closet) which is more for Looks as it is Rather Steep (Use with Caution For Kids ONLY), Full Size Closet with Hangers, Full Size Body Mirror, Space Heater, Ceiling Fan, and Wall Mounted TV.
