Welcome to Olive + Oak, a meticulously designed executive suite tailored for the long-term professional or traveler seeking comfort, functionality, and wellness.

Curated by Ngoc and Mara (seasoned long-term travelers and short-term renters ourselves), we've created the functional and beautiful space we always wished for on the road. Our design is a blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth (Japandi style), ensuring a calm, uncluttered environment perfect for working, resting, and recharging.

This is a private Japandi-style unit located on the 2nd floor above our detached garage. We live on the property and are committed to ensuring your privacy while remaining available for any need.

- Curated Wellness Library: Enjoy a quiet evening with our selection of books on happiness, mindfulness, and healthy living.
- Filtered Shower: Enjoy softer skin and hair with a filtered shower head system.
- High-End Linens: Indulge in premium comfort with cozy bed layering, a down comforter, various pillow options, and natural, absorbent bamboo towels.

Shared Wellness & Fitness Amenities:
- Private Infrared Sauna: Melt away the day's stress with access to our high-end infrared sauna, located in the Wellness Suite.
- Treadmill: A Sole F63 Treadmill is available for your cardio needs in the Wellness Suite.
- Full Gym & Pilates: A dedicated weight lifting gym including a Pilates reformer is located on the ground floor of the detached garage.
*Note on Shared Amenities: Access to the on-site Wellness Suite and Weight Lifting Gym is available on a case-by-case basis. Use of these shared spaces is contingent upon the signing of additional liability waivers (Exhibits B & C) and may be subject to a separate amenity fee. Please inquire for more details if you are interested in adding these to your stay.

Olive + Oak is located in a quiet, highly accessible South King County neighborhood, putting you close to major transit and freeway access.
-Transit Hub: Just a short, easy 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk (0.8 mi) to the Star Lake Transit Station, offering excellent bus connections throughout the region, including transfers to the Link Light Rail.
-Freeway Access: Quick and direct access to I-5, making your commute to Tacoma, SeaTac Airport, or Downtown Seattle straightforward.
