Thank you for your thorough review. On our listing description we made sure to describe the property and surrounding area the best we could and it is available for all to read before making a decision. It doesn’t state that it is entirely peaceful, in fact it states “expect the occasional neighborhood noise”and there is “no HOA” so neighbors can do what they want with their properties, however most of the property owners show good care for the outside look of their homes. Regarding the neighbors working on their cars, we do apologize for that but as you said we have very little control over that and about the dogs. We are at the property regularly and we don’t always hear them working on their cars so it seems to happen very little. We believe that we are and have been transparent about our home and the surrounding neighborhood to avoid any surprises. We will look into the back porch to repair the leaking and again this property is not handicap accessible and it isn’t stated anywhere on the listing that it is handicap accessible. There are clear pictures to show how the property looks like from the outside and the amount of stairs that it has. I recommend for future bookings that the entire listing description is read and look over all the pictures to make sure that it fits your needs.
