The newly renovated rental townhouse property is located just 1.8 miles from Augusta Golf course, conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs. This end unit has a open floor plan that features laminate flooring all over the house on both levels, Big windows with enough lighting and high ceiling on main level. The main level features living-dining area, kitchen, Master bedroom with full bath, second bedroom, second full bath and laundry. Second level includes loft-bedroom and half bath. The loft bedroom overlooks on the living area. Fenced patio with seating and a small charcoal grill. Front porch has two parking slots. Living room with 65" smart TV. WI-FI available. Master bedroom has king bed while other bedrooms have queen beds making it THREE beds. The laundry with fully functional washer and dryer. This townhouse can conveniently be shared by 4-6 persons. Timings, duration of stay and pricing negotiable.

All my properties are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to have away from home. Its location makes it unique, few minutes to downtown, walking distance to Augusta nationals and just few mins away from interstate I20. Lot of eating and shopping places within 1 mile range makes it convenient option for guests.
