The building offers a commercial area with a pilates studio and restaurants. The surrounding streets are filled with cafés, restaurants, local shops, and a pharmacy. Costco, La Comer, medical centers, and shopping areas are all within walking distance. The beach is just a 10 minute drive away.

Versalles offers a perfect mix of authentic local life, great food, and easy access to the rest of the city, while still being only minutes from beaches, shopping, and major attractions making it an ideal location for our guests to truly experience Puerto Vallarta.
