Catalina Apartment welcomes you to a tropical paradise. 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom located in famous neighborhood Versalles. Bedrooms consist one King bed on suite, a second bedroom with one Queen bed and the living room with one sofa bed. Fully equipped, private parking included. Great amenities: Pool, gym, and a coffee shop on the first floor. Wife & Cable included. Fantastic dining options, medical centers, stores like Costco, Walmart and La Comer, are at walking distance. International Airport and the beach about 10 minutes.

What makes my property unique is its location, Versalles has a central location, with shops, the best restaurants in town, coffee shops, groceries stores, in a walking distance. Also its spectacular views, from the kitchen and the bedrooms you have views of the mountains and the city, and from the rooftop you have 360 views of the city where you can enjoy the best sunsets, with views of the sea.
